Katie is a Brooklyn-based Pilates instructor with a focus on helping people balance their careers and wellbeing. Her approach is intentional, form-focused, and rooted in creating a strength that improves how you feel.
Katie discovered Pilates in 2020 while working in a demanding corporate role. What began as a way to stay active slowly became a grounding practice that helped her feel clearer, strong, capable, and connected to herself. Over time, Pilates became the place where she could finally listen to herself again and where clarity returned.
Eventually, she followed that clarity and intuition and left the corporate world to help others reconnect with themselves through movement.
Kroe Pilates offers private sessions, virtual classes, and intimate in-person pop-ups designed to feel thoughtful, elevated, and personal. Each session meets you where you are, helping you build strength with care and presence.
Katie is certified in Mat Pilates through SPRING Movement and is currently completing her equipment certifications.
